What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate - Content Plato & Production who will join our team at Design & Content Directorate.

• Support all production stages (real production, post-production, and AI-supported workflows).
• Contribute to AI-based visual content creation using tools and models such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, DALL·E, Midjourney, Sora 2, and Veo 3.
• Track schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong communication with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Organize daily team operations and assist with on-set coordination when required.

The position located in İstanbul, Türkiye.

How do we describe perfect match?

• Bachelors degree (Visual Communication Design, Media & Communication, Film & Television, Industrial Design, or related field).
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written, at a near-native level.
• Knowledge of AI-based visual generation tools and language-vision models (Adobe Firefly, Runway, DALL·E, Midjourney, Sora 2, Veo 3).
• Understanding of production and post-production workflows (shoot planning, editing, sound, color, delivery).
• Agency or production house experience is a plus.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office; capable of reporting and preparing visual presentations.
• Excellent communication skills, quick thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and high action capability.
• Able to take initiative, build and organize teams effectively.
• Organized, solution-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive team player.
