What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Lead Engineer – Project Management (Autonomous Systems) to join our team at Autonomous Systems Business Unit.
-End-to-end management of intralogistics automation projects, including AGV/AMR, ASRS, shuttle systems, and warehouse automation, covering project time, budget, and scope
-Analysis and integration of operational flows—production material flows, inbound–outbound processes, picking, replenishment, and cross-dock scenarios—into overall project design
-Evaluation of warehouse, production logistics, and 3PL operations using real operational data and aligning them with project requirements
-Integration of key operational KPIs (pallet/hour, picking rate, inbound/outbound speeds, warehouse utilization, cycle time, etc.) into project design and optimization activities
-Coordination with automation partners and suppliers, including intralogistics system providers (e.g., Daifuku, Swisslog, TGW, Hikrobot, KUKA, Navitech) and integration of WMS, WES/WCS, and on-site equipment
-Leadership of project teams and capacity/resource planning based on operational needs
-Management of site deployment, commissioning, and acceptance processes, including FAT–SAT and on-site risk/acceptance procedures.
The position is located in Tuzla/Istanbul. Hybrid working model is available.
How do we describe the perfect match?
-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering programs (preferably Industrial Engineering)
-5+ years of experience in manufacturing plants, 3PL companies, warehouse management, fulfillment centers, logistics service providers, or large-scale warehouse operations
-Having knowledge of production material and warehouse flows: inbound–outbound, cross-docking, replenishment, SKU management, pallet/box flow, WMS processes
-Being experienced in automation projects (AGV/AMR, shuttle, sorter, conveyor, ASRS is an advantage)
-PMP/Agile/Prince2 certifications are plus
-Strong customer communication and multi-stakeholder project management experience
-Being able to travel for site visits across Türkiye.
-Excellent verbal and written skills in English
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
-Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies
