What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Specialist – Warehousing who will join our Supply Chain Transformation Directorate.

• Develop and maintain Holiday/Peak/non-Peak season operational plans with 3PLs to maximize capacity needs and to ensure on-time performance,
• Monitor and manage freight as well as multiple logistics 3PL partners performance for shipping, brokerage, domestic distribution under e-commerce,
• Resolve shipping and distribution related issues and provide feedback with systematic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions - Preventive Actions (CAPA) Plan,
• Providing guidance to other functions (such as marketing) on logistics e-commerce related matters to enhance efficiency of operations (e.g. distribution of sales materials),
• Analyse areas of e-commerce logistics for network optimization and cost efficiency for both Align and customer,
• Proactively identify outbound transportation cost savings opportunities (e.g. routing of split shipments, accessorial spend review) and work with cross-functional partner to accomplish,
• Develop and maintaine security of supply chain in WH and transportation processes,
• Search and develop new methods for ergonomic work stations in the Warehouse.
• Define, monitor and improve the KPIs,
• Improve the efficiency of the workforce, MTM analysis, simulation studies,
• Develop savings projects related to logistics operations in line.

The position is located in Antalya, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors Degree in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or related fields,
• Having experience in analytics, management consultancy, production, retail, finance or reporting processes,
• Min. 3+ years hands-on experience with relevant set of skills
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, statistics, data analytics and driving results
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel),
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
