Job Description

  • Review, analyze compensation and benefits policies and recommend changes if requires
  • Actively contribute to all aspects of remuneration, recognition and incentive projects
  • Running incentive programs and annual salary reviews.
  • Actively work with Business Leaders to ensure the incentive programs are well designed according to the fast-changing market environment
  • Actively work with HR Business Partners to ensure the compensation competitiveness to attract and retain the best talent.
  • Review benefit policies to ensure the competitiveness in the market


  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related departments from a reputable university
  • Min 4 years experience in Compensation and Benefit field
  • Experience in remuneration practices including salary surveys, job evaluation, incentives, recognition mechanisms, benefits and cost of employment.
  • Knowledge of a well-known Compensation Model methodology is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasked in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and learning agility
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (proficiency in MS Excel is a must)
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English
