Otokoç Otomotiv has been operating and the leader in Automotive Retailing and Car Rental sectors in Turkey since 1928. We are the partner of Avis Budget Group that is the largest car rental organization in the world for our rental organizations.  

Furthermore, Otokoç Otomotiv operates in several different countries all around the world, Greece, Hungary, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Kazakhstan.  

Now, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for the Headquarter (İstanbul) organization.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute and ensure the delivery of all HR Strategies
  • Understand the business drivers, strategy and function as a strategic partner to the business
  • Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues
  • Drive the talent agenda through the identification of talent pool candidates, career development, coaching, and development planning
  • Support and lead HR specific projects/initiatives, including organizational and change management activities
  • Act as a single point of contact for business units while ensuring the execution and delivery of all HR activities (from the recruitment process, orientation process, performance management, headcount planning and exit process, and HR reportings etc.)
  • Implement learning and development strategies in order to increase the talent capabilities to achieve long term business results

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Min 4 years of experience in core HR processes
  • Capable of understanding the business objectives and build strong collaboration with the business in order to convert business strategies into people strategies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
  • High energy with a strong desire to improve people-related processes by continuously exploring contemporary practices in HR.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational development and change management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Success Factors experience is an asset
