We are currently looking for a Logistics Engineer to join our Production & Material Planning Team.

Analyze, optimize, and continuously improve internal logistics and warehouse operations.
Design and optimize warehouse layouts and storage location strategies to maximize efficiency.
Optimize material flow, packaging methods, transportation routes, and replenishment processes.
Lead warehouse digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Analyze manpower, equipment, and resource requirements to ensure optimal warehouse capacity.
Monitor, analyze, and report warehouse KPIs, driving performance through data-driven insights.
Lead Lean Logistics and continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
Prepare, manage, and monitor the warehouse budget in line with business objectives.
Improve inventory management, stock accuracy, and cycle counting processes.
Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless material flow and operational excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering).
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with SAP and warehouse management processes.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong reporting and data analysis skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed business decisions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
