As we continue to strengthen our manufacturing operations, we are looking for a Plastic Process Engineer to join our Plastic Process Department.

Your Responsibilities

Monitor production performance and analyze capacity and efficiency indicators
Develop and implement projects to improve productivity, quality, and profitability
Conduct process time studies and continuous improvement activities
Monitor departmental KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
Support budgeting and investment projects
Analyze process, mold, and product quality issues during mold commissioning
Coordinate corrective, preventive, and planned maintenance activities
Lead initiatives related to occupational health and safety improvements
Prepare reports and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize production performance

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in plastic injection molding and/or molding production
Knowledge of plastic injection processes and mold technologies
Familiarity with quality management systems
Knowledge of production planning and purchasing processes
Good command of English
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
