What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate Lead-Dealer Decoration who will join our team at Retail Development Directorate in Arcelik Turkiye.

• Participate in Retail Architecture Design & Planning & Implemantation projects for developing new retail areas.
• Collabrate with brand managers,product managers, sales teams, design agencies, external suppliers.
• Develop, improve and expand deployment of retail design across the consumer journey via fixtures, visual merchandising, development and interactive experiences. 
• Manage development of retail experiences for design, merchandise and visual merchandising that extend brand strategies and driving consumer loyalty, purchase and repeat.
• Translate consumer insights, retial realities and regional nuances into design solutions to meet business objecitves.
• Implementation of retail design & retail experience projects including retail stores, shop-in-shop, showroom and fair projects
• Partner with the retail experience team, purchasing management, design management, merchandising and brand management.
• Collaborate directly with construction and production agencies, internal and external technical experts and material vendors to support retail applications.
• Project site plans.
• Management of material and sample processes.
• Lead tender processes.
• Budget management.

The position is located in Kadıköy, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design or Civil-Construction Engineer
• Min. 5 years experience specifically in retail projects.
• Strong knowledge of demonstrating design & implementation expertise in both strategy and execution.
• Understanding needs of the market & customer.
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs.
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility

• Advanced Autocad  knowledge
• Preferably able to use 3D modelling and Adobe programs
