Product Manager - SDA/Kitchen, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager - SDA/Kitchen who will join our team at Marketing Directorate in Arçelik Türkiye.

• Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for product launches and category campaigns.

• Design innovative, sales-driven campaign concepts to accelerate sell-out across channels.

• Analyze consumer behavior and market dynamics to generate new ideas and growth opportunities.

• Build omnichannel marketing plans ensuring a consistent consumer experience across e-commerce, marketplaces and brand stores.

• Work closely with Demand & Sales Planning teams to build accurate forecasts, manage sell-in/sell-out expectations, and support weekly sales cadence.

• Partner with Product Management to ensure stock availability, phase-in/phase-out planning, and smooth product lifecycle management.

• Lead pricing strategy, competitive price analysis, and margin optimization across channels.

• Manage campaign planning, promotional roadmaps, and yearly activation calendars in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams.

• Drive campaigns, promotions, and tactical actions to maximize sales performance.

• Collaborate with MarCom, Digital & E-Commerce teams to optimize product pages, rich contents, SEO/SEM, and marketplace content.

• Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital behaviors to influence product positioning and campaign strategy.

• Craft compelling product value propositions, messaging frameworks, and communication assets.

• Manage marketing calendars, budgets, sales forecasts, and KPI tracking.

• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to ensure strong execution and promotional alignment across all touchpoints.

• Provide product storytelling and GTM training to sales, retail, and e-commerce teams.

The position is located in Kadıköy, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields; MBA is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Category Management.

• Strong understanding of omnichannel ecosystems and 360 marketing tools.

• Experience in campaign planning and performance marketing.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

• Fluency in English.
