What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate After Sales Executive who will join our team at Customer Care Directorate.
 
•    Plan and monitor regional activites regard to customer satisfaction,
•    Visit authorized dealers and authorized services and solve their problems,
•    Control authorized service centers within the boundaries of the region to oversee their compliance with company procedures and service standards,
•    Control pay – benefits of the authorized services,
•    Report all activities to the administrator in the region.
 

The position is located in İzmir.

 
How do we describe the perfect match?

•    Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Masters Degree is a plus),
•    Highly skilled in management,
•    Minimum 1 year of experience in the related area,
•    Having the desire for time management and thinking broadly about business,
•    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
•    Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
•    Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,
•    Outside-the-box thinking ability,
