What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for an Assistant who will join our team at Dryer Plant.

• This is a fixed-term contract position.

• Plans and organises meetings and visits within and outside the company according to the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule of the manager.
• Plans and directs communication, correspondence, reporting, and filing in priority order. It ensures that the incoming-outgoing document flow is regular and systematic.
• Plans and organises the daily workflow of the manager, including periodic and non-periodic meetings.
• Plans, follows up, and coordinates the preliminary preparations and reservations related to the managers trips.
• Makes the managers expense and travel statements.
• Meets the guests who come to the manager and provides coordination with the manager to whom he is affiliated.

This position is located in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy.

• Bachelors degree (preferably in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, handling multiple priorities effectively.
• High attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to maintain a structured workflow.
• Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset, even in high-pressure situations.
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality, managing sensitive information securely.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
