Associate - Corporate Digital Channels & Content, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate - Digital Communications join our team at Global Communications Directorate.

• Support end-to-end social media operations: content calendar planning, asset coordination, scheduling/publishing, and basic community triage when needed
• Coordinate the brief-review-revision-approval cycle with internal teams and creative/production partners; manage timelines and deliverables
• Manage corporate website updates via CMS: create/edit pages, upload and format content, ensure visual/text consistency
• Contribute to visual design and production processes: support creative development, track production progress, and perform quality checks on assets (static, video, motion)
• Use AI tools to accelerate content workflows 
• Track performance and support reporting: social and web basics (reach/engagement, content learnings, web content performance where applicable)
• Monitor trends and competitor activity; share actionable insights with the team.

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• 0-3 years of experience in digital communications / social media / content operations 
• Excellent written and spoken English (required) - comfortable in meetings, stakeholder communication, and content editing
• Experience with website management and working in a CMS environment
• Strong understanding of visual design and production workflows (briefing, revisions, approvals, delivery formats, quality control)
• Familiarity with AI tools for content and productivity 
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadline management in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder projects
• Solid digital literacy: spreadsheets/docs, basic reporting, and content coordination
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
