What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for an Associate- Product Sourcing / Regional Commercial will join our team at Product Sourcing Directorate.

•  Lead global sourcing strategies, RFQ processes, supplier evaluations, and nominations using Total Cost of Ownership and advanced purchasing tools.
•  Drive cost optimization and negotiations to secure best commercial terms and achieve financial and operational targets.
•  Monitor market, consumer, technology, and regulatory trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
•  Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market needs.
•  Own end-to-end product lifecycle, including roadmap definition, launch, P&L, and performance analysis.
•  Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Planning, Sales, and Marketing teams globally.
•  Track KPIs and continuously improve supplier portfolio, product performance, and profitability.

The position located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect fit?

•  Bachelors degree in engineering
•  1 years+ sourcing or purchasing experience and willing to pursue a career in product sourcing,
•  Experience in Home Appliances production and/or quality assurance and quality management systems is a plus,
•  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel and PowerPoint),
•  Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
•  Thinking broadly about business,
•  Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
•  Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
•  Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
