We are looking for a passionate Engineer - Material Planning who will join our team at Production Planning.

Researching new software and system possibilities for improvement of production planning and material distribution system,

Knowledge for material planning and material distribution,

Knowledge of automated guided vehicles is a plus

Calculating the workforce capacity and constraints of the operators,

Ensuring the compliances with the request,

Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,

Reporting the follow-up of the demand response and rate indicators.

The position is located in Eskişehir.

How do we describe the perfect fit?

Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering

Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team,

Market awareness and understanding of multi-cultural environments,

Creative problem-solving ability and a results orientation,

Strong knowledge of SAP,Passionate about learning new technologies,

Good understanding in statistical tools for root cause analysis and statistical decision making,

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (VBA is a must),

Excellent verbal and written skills in English,Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,

Outside the box thinking ability,

Open to innovation culture,

Flexible and open to new perspectives,

A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
