What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer – NPI and System Intelligence who will join our team at Product Management Directorate.

• Creating dashboards and automated reports to enable E2E visibility of the product life cycle, responsible for visualization & supporting governance of Product Data
• Analyzing NPI (new product introduction) project data & developping ways to increase predictability in the NPI Process. 
• Undertaking the NPI process continuous improvement together with the IT team in terms of defining and implementing NPI sub-processes and stakeholder alignment
• Working closely together with Complexity & IT Teams in product configuration & modularity projects representing product Management. 
• Managing and representing Global Product Management team in enterprise process and tool projects

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Statistics
• Experience in using tools for data analysis, modeling, predictive analytics, and artificial neural networks
• Eager to in learn data visualization and data analytics,
• Agility in implementing feedback and adjustments based on data-driven recommendations
• Planning and project management skills to manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving capabilities, data-driven and critical thinking.
• Excellent command of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Having experience using Qlik Sense is a plus
