What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate Engineer – Quality Assurance (Design&Product Quality) join our team at for Washing Machine Product Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Performing root cause analysis,
• Preferably minimum 1 year of experience in the quality field.
• Knowledgeable about first product inspection, root cause analysis, global problem solving techniques, FMEA and six sigma; preferably experienced,
• Knowledgeable about manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement; preferably experienced,
• Able to do documentation and process tracking,
• In order to meet customer requirements and ensure that products are delivered on time and in high quality; to plan, execute and develop production quality management studies,
• To take part in/execute continuous improvement projects initiated for the development of production processes,
• To initiate corrective actions when necessary and to carry out studies aimed at systematic resolution of nonconformities,
• To increase the traceability of the current status of production lines and to carry out production quality activities in order to eliminate detected nonconformities,
• To carry out and report initial product inspection activities,
• To ensure the execution, reporting and continuous development of product inspection activities,
• To prepare reports for production errors and nonconformities and to offer solution suggestions,
• To provide training to production personnel on quality standards and practices
• Preferably able to use MS Office,
• Preferably involved in subcontractor audit activities,

The position is located in Manisa, Türkiye.
