What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead – Product Marketing join our team at Global Product Management Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Create B2B Communications Packs and Trade Launching Kits for each brand, encompassing all strategic features and projects within the upcoming portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Roadmapping Project Leader to lead cross-functional product category teams during the roadmapping process.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of global consumer trends in the industry and related categories, utilizing consumer reports, market research, and trend/industry analyses to inform the roadmapping process. This includes preparing briefs for necessary consumer research as well as conducting research using self-service tools.
• Lead category-specific ideation, screening, and evaluation during the Roadmapping process.
• Develop Marketing Briefs for use in the New Product Development process, enabling the creation of B2C marketing communication assets.
• Generate AI Visual Content using Generative AI Tools to meet relevant B2B communication requirements.
• Identify and analyse key product communication highlights within our competitive landscape.
• Provide assistance in Global Fair Product Selection, product facilitation, briefing, and overall coordination within the Product Management Directorate.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Preferably, a Masters Degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Having min 5-6 years experience in related fields,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Generative AI Tools is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand market and customer needs.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• High emotional intelligence, with the ability to recognize and understand the emotions of others.
• Openness to diverse perspectives and a flexible mindset.
• Adept at fostering collaboration and clear in articulating thoughts and ideas.
