Senior Specialist - Domestic Tax & Incentive, | Koç Kariyerim

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Domestic Tax & Incentive who will join our team at Accounting Directorate.

• Follow up on the recent and upcoming changes in regulations, 
• Conduct necessary analysis, evaluation, and implementation processes for tax procedures to comply with tax laws,
• Proactive and inquisitive - eager to challenge the status quo to drive efficiency and improvement, giving answers from public authorities, tax inspectors, auditors, and business units of the company in terms of tax and accounting principles,
• Preparation and submission of  VAT 1-2, Special Consumption Tax-4, withholding tax,
• Control foreign invoices in terms of tax regulations,
• Preparation of tax returns (VAT, corporate tax, etc.) on a timely and accurate basis,
• Preparation of VAT Refund lists and related documentation,
• Manage compliance processes of Beko and its subsidiaries, 
• Follow legal regulations related to tax management,
• Provide tax consultancy on various projects and business models,

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Having a degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related Business Fields departments,  
• At least 5 years of experience in tax, audit, or accounting departments,   
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Being a candidate for the Certified Public Accountant (Being CPA is an asset)
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, 
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity, 
• A great team player with a self- initiative mindset,
• Highly motivated to learn and improve,
