Senior Specialist - Financial Consolidation, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Financial Consolidation who will join our team at Financial Planning&Corporate Performance Directorate in Beko Corporate. 

• Support the preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements of Arçelik and its subsidiaries in accordance with IFRS,
• Take an active role in the financial consolidation of actual results, forecasts, and budgets at the group level,
• Perform monthly P&L Budget vs. Actual analyses to help ensure the accuracy and consistency of consolidated financials,
• Support the preparation of quarterly CMB reports and related disclosures,
• Coordinate with external auditors and supporting audit processes in line with reporting requirements,
• Follow updates and changes in IFRS and supporting their implementation in group reporting processes,
• Communicate regularly with domestic and foreign subsidiaries to support the consistent application of group accounting policies,
• Prepare analyses, reconciliations, and ad-hoc reports as part of the consolidation and reporting process,
• Track key financial KPIs at the group level and supporting management reporting processes,
• Support ongoing system improvement efforts for consolidation and reporting processes,
• Contribute to the improvement and standardization of consolidation and reporting processes.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, audit, or accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes.
• Experience in audit firms or in multinational/company group reporting structures is a plus.
• Good command of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools is an asset.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with different stakeholders.
• Open to new perspectives, learning, and diversity.
• A team-oriented, proactive, and communicative mindset.
• Able to move beyond existing templates and take initiative in designing new reports, analyses, and processes from scratch in line with business needs.
