What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Global Product Management (Cooking) who will join our team at Product Management Directorate.

• Manage global product strategy, with P&L, efficiency and strategic pricing approach, in coordination with regional and local teams.
• Work closely with multi-functional and multi-national teams for executing the global long-term product group road-maps.
• Have strong analytical, marketing and product management skills with long-term approach.
• Understand consumer insights.
• Analyze market, consumer and technology trends to offer innovative projects.
• Lead the entire product journey end-to-end, from the emergence of the product idea with the consumers need, to the product launch and analysis of market performance.

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related departments.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Product Management.
• Working experience in cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D or related areas is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies.
• Outside the box and commercial thinking abilities.
