Senior Specialist - R&D Accounting, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist – R&D Accounting who will join our team at Accounting Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Account and Trial Balance follow-ups,
• Monitor and control operating expense,
• Control transactions of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable accounts,
• Proper and accurate financial records in accordance with Beko Accounting Standards,
• Take part in the preparation of routine and urgent reports that will be needed for the management,
• Take part in profit-loss reports in line with the needs,
• Support regular and systematic reporting in constant communication with other departments.

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Having a degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Fields of Study,
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience,
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office programs.
• Self-motivated, takes ownership and initiative, follows-up on own responsibilities
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports,
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team,
• Contributing to a positive working environment,
• Preferably has CPA certificates and SAP proficiency,
• Verbal and written skills in English,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.
• Experience in R&D finance, accounting, and project expense monitoring
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
• Ability to adapt to dynamic business needs and contribute to process improvement
