What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Customs & Bonded Warehouse who will join our team at Supply Chain Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Dive deep into end-to-end trade processes, uncovering inefficiencies,and identifying cost-saving opportunities that directly impact the business.
• Explore and apply global trade frameworks to maximize cost advantages and strategic sourcing opportunities.
• Compare international markets, supplier options, and tariff regimes to spot new opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
• Integrate customs, logistics, and financial data to assess operational efficiency, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
• Leverage large datasets to uncover trade patterns, anticipate risk areas, and highlight cost-saving potentials that can guide strategic decisions.
• Transform complex data into clear, actionable dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools, making insights easily accessible for decision-makers.
• Work closely with logistics, finance, legal, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of trade processes and optimize overall value chain performance.
• Stay ahead of regulatory developments and translate them into practical strategies that support business goals.
• Contribute to the implementation of new systems, process automation, and analytics platforms that improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Present clear, data-backed insights to leadership, driving informed decisions and long-term trade strategy improvements.

This position is located in Çayırova, Istanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match? 

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or related analytical fields,
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, foreign trade, process analysis, or data analytics,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights,
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools,
• Familiarity with data mining techniques and large dataset handling,
• Curiosity about rules of origin, customs valuation, trade conventions, and preferential regimes,
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication and presentation skills,
• Proactive, curious, and motivated to work across multiple functions and geographies.
