So, what responsibilities does the Treasury Specialist take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?

Lead and monitor all financial transactions (daily and weekly) and manage cash flow
Execute payment planning and approval workflows (maturity, prioritization, limits, and signature processes)
Prepare short- and mid-term cash position/liquidity forecasts and report variance analyses
Prepare letters of guarantee and register all related accounting records for financial transactions
Manage relationships with commercial banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders (e.g., securities, valuation, and rating companies)
Identify, design, and deploy digital improvement initiatives (including AI use cases and process automation) to reduce complexity and manual effort

What are the Required Qualifications?

Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields
Minimum 2 years of Treasury and/or Banking experience
High proficiency in MS Office programs
Automotive experience is a plus
Strong analytical & critical thinking skills and ability to manage multi-projects with prioritization
Ability to improve business processes; project management skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to liaise and influence at all levels
Teamwork oriented with good communication skills
Good working knowledge of English
