What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate – Regional Financial Transformation who will join our Regional Finance Transformation Directorate in Arçelik Türkiye.

• Provide consultancy to business units on critical transformation opportunities such as digitalization, automation, and up-to-date technologies
• Ensure agreement with relevant stakeholders during the implementation phase,
• Coordinate project deployments and trainings,
• Create change plans and lead efforts to embrace the transformation within the Finance function,
• Design workflows and create corporate memory,
• Carry out activities for the dissemination of successful practices that increase speed and efficiency and improve processes within the company.
  
  
  

• Graduated from MIS, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or related departments,
• Has experience in Project Management,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset.
