Lead - B2C Commerce IT Business Analyst, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?  

You will take an active role in shaping the digital experience of Arçeliks Oliz mobile app, ensuring seamless integration between commerce, loyalty, and customer engagement journeys.

We are looking for a passionate Lead - B2C Commerce IT Business Analyst who will join our team at Transformation&Alternative Sales Channels Directorate. 

• Gather and identify detailed business requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into actionable user stories and maintain a prioritized, value-driven product backlog,
• Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage conflicting requests and ensure continuous alignment on priorities,
• Collaborate with architects, developers and designers in the definition of technical solutions, 
• Review and interpret API documentation; engage in technical discussions with technical teams, knowledge about API testing tools (i.e., Postman),
• Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, including software development, integration and UAT testing, 
• Support cross-functional projects focused on high priority strategic initiatives, 
• Ensure appropriate use of IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies,
• Track project progress, ensuring timely delivery, 
• Research the latest digital trends, best practives and technologies,  
• Demonstrate a proactive eagerness to learn and adapt to new applications within the ecommerce ecosystem 

The position is located in Kadıköy,İstanbul. 

How do we describe the perfect match? 

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business  Information Systems or closely related field in Engineering),
• 5+ years of experience as Business or System Analyst in IT (B2C Commerce and Mobile App know-how is a must),  
• Expertise in business processes and functionalities in Commerce domain (e.g., customer loyalty management, customer services, cross-company promotion management, e-commerce B2C order management, etc.),
• Solid knowledge of mobile app development technologies (Flutter, React Native) and platforms (iOS, Android), 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and user engagement platforms such as Firebase,Insider,
  
• Solid knowledge of digital technologies such as AI, cloud-based architecture, microservices, cybersecurity, 
• Experience working with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira,Confluence),
• Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools,
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire proficiency in new applications and technologies through proactive self-learning and adaptation,
• Strong leadership and communication skills 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with customer-centric approach,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and escalate if necessary, 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
