Lead - E-Commerce, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate Lead - E-Commerce who will join our team at Commercial Transformation & Alternative Channels Sales Directorate in Arçelik Türkiye.

• Define and manage the web-specific product assortment for the assigned category, ensuring timely and accurate product launches.
• Conduct stock planning and inventory management to support sales and availability across digital channels.
• Adapt offline (Arçelik/Beko store) campaigns for online platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to design and implement online-exclusive campaigns tailored to customer behavior and digital trends.
• Develop and execute co-branded campaigns in collaboration with external partners and institutions.
• Lead website development initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience; manage related digital projects from concept to execution.
• Submit system improvement requests, follow up with IT teams on implementation, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure functionality meets requirements.
• Identify and report website issues; monitor resolution progress to ensure optimal site performance and user experience.

The position is located in Kadıköy, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales roles, preferably in retail or consumer electronics.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement.
• Experience working closely with IT, UX/UI, and digital marketing teams.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, and analytics dashboards.
