What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Sr. Specialist - Sales Performance & Retail Analysis who will join our team at Sales Performance & Retail Analysis directorate.

• Setting sales targets and managing incentive systems
• Taking a role in reaching the targets and taking the necessary actions,
• Analyzing sales and profitability results,
• Taking part in projects that increase sales and profitability,
• Before-after analysis of sales-related transformation projects,
• Working with business units to understand data requirements and transform them into predictive models and analytical solutions.
• Researching new methods using a wide variety of statistical and machine learning techniques and using a variety of open-source scripting languages and statistical software,
• Finding patterns, anomalies, and trends in large and complex data sets related to various areas of retail in order to ensure sales excellence,
• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and developing interactive dashboards, reports,
• Developing advanced analytics-centered solutions to real problems in coordination with senior management,
• Preparing business results reports and presentations for senior management.

 The position is located in Kadıköy.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or economics faculties,
• Preferably 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, strategical planning processes or similar roles,
• Fluent in data analysis, including defining KPI strategy and growth opportunities, data visualization,
• Experience in sales analytics and customer analytics is highly preferred,
• Hands-on experience in BI tools (such as Qlik, Power BI),
• Having experience in sales improvement and/or profitability improvement projects,
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights using various big data analytic frameworks,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new Technologies,
• Outside-the-box thinking ability,
