What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer - Design & Product Quality who will join our team at Refrigerator Product Directorate.

• Representing Quality Assurance Department along the New Product Execution Process,
• Ovelooking the whole New Product Execution Process from the Quality Angle,
• Coordinating the Quality Improvement Projects,
• Taking care of the Process Quality, Corrective and Preventive Actions,
• To analyze product failure,
• Improving corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints,
• Following the standards that the workplace has used.

The position is located in Eskişehir.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Having experience in Process Quality is a plus,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Data-driven approach and ability to translate data into insights and actions,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture.
