What awaits you in this role?

 
We are looking for a passionate Engineer - R&D (Food&Cooking Technology) who will join our team at R&D Directorate.

• Support R&D projects focused on food preservation technologies for cooling products,
• Research and applyi innovative preservation technologies, optimize cooling algorithms and define design parameters to improve performance on food freshness, nutritional quality & safety,
• Work closely with mechanical and design engineers to integrate food science with cooling technologies,
• Assist in the testing and evaluation of food storage performance under different conditions,
• Define comprehensive test plans, analyze results, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights,
• Take part in innovation and sustainability initiatives related to food waste reduction,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Product Management, and Marketing.
  
  

The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match? 

• Bachelors degree in Food or Chemical Engineering (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience),
• Strong knowledge of food refrigeration, food safety, nutrition, microbiology, shelf-life analysis, sensory evaluation,
• Having a technical background in thermodynamics, heat transfer and refrigeration systems,
• Analytical mindset, eager to learn, and open to working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies
• Open to innovation culture,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset.
