What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer - R&D (System Design) who will join our team at Dryer Plant.

• Participating in R&D projects to research and development of new products,
• Planning laboratory activities for product design and preparing test plans according to project schedule,
• Performing experimental and therotical analysis, and improve the acoustic and vibration performance of products,
• Evaluating of designs, documents, standards, algorithms, patents, benchmarks and technologies,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Presenting and sharing useful information across departments and functions.

The position is located in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master degree is a plus,
• Having knowledge on Machine Dynamics, Vibration and Acoustics,
• Preferably some experience with acoustic and vibration testing equipment,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,

• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
