Engineer - WCM (World Class Manufacturing), | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer – WCM (World Class Manufacturing) who will join our team at Manisa Plants.

• Provide methods and tools for continuous improvement activities and disseminating them throughout the factory,

• Collect and analyze production data with the aim of identifying areas for continuous improvement of efficiency, decreasing/eliminating waste and losses,

• Analyze all processes that affect the transformation cost and ensure C-F Matrix coordination with the Finance department,

• Organize and follow up on the training required for the development plan by creating competency analysis of the people together with the Human Resources department,

• Work with other technical pillar teams to oversee the implementation of a systematic and focused approach,

• Ensure that standardizations are implemented after improvements and follow Project PDCA processes,

• Set visual standards and plan visual improvements.

• Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration,

• Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing methodology, having experience especially in Cost Deployment, Focused Improvement, and People Development Pillars,

• Experienced in 5S, 5G, 5Why, 4M, 5W+1H tools, Kaizen management, Pareto approach,

• Enthusiasm and desire to develop as an individual as well as develop the capability of the operation,

• Passionate about identifying creative solutions to challenges,

• High oratory and presentation skills,

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
