Lead - Environmental Sustainability, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead – Environmental Sustainability who will join our team at Sustainability, Quality & Customer Care Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Prepare Sustainability Report and Annual Report, CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) Reports,
• Follow/learn and develop environmental projects and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies,
• Report environmental performance, sustainability indices and legal declarations,
• Coordinate water and wastewater management studies,
• Support for studies on environmental communication,
• Follow and support Environmental Performance Reports, audits, monitoring activities and trainings,
• Follow/learn and develop environmental sustainability projects,
• Present and share useful information related with environmental issues,
• Support the Environmental team,
• Understand and coordinate the environmental management principles (ISO 14001),
• Prepare country Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHG) report for verification process (ISO 14064-1),
• Work actively with Environmental Teams in production plants,
• Analyze environmental performance indicators.

The position is located in Çayırova.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering (Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
• Minimum 5 years of experience of related work experience,
• Having experience in Water Management, Environmental Legislation compliance, Environmental Management System, Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHG) Management,
• Having a Environmental Responsible Certificate from Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change,
• No restriction for traveling,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
