Lead - Financial Decision Support, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead - Financial Decision Support who will join our team at Financial Planning & Corporate Performance Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Contribute to segment consolidation process for actual & budget scenarios,
• Make detailed and explanatory variance analysis (actual/budget/forecast/last year),
• Meet strict reporting deadline with delivery of timely and accurate reporting,
• Ad-hoc financial analyses and reports,
• Preparation of a detailed and customized management reporting packs,
• Prepare extensive analysis and reports up-to SKU level profitability,
• Analyse and control monthly costs & prices and prepare ad-hoc reports to the top management.

This position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics ( Master Degree is a plus),
• Having experience in Big 4 and / financial reporting & budgeting related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related areas,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (Second foreign language is a plus),
• Having experience in SAP-BPC, FI and CO Modules
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (especially Excel)
• Having strong IFRS background is plus,
• Excellent communication skills and an effective team player.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and dedication to achieving deadlines.
• Confident problem solver who will seek innovative solutions when needed.
• Self-starter, organised, able to handle workload peaks and meet deadlines,
• Strong drive, devoted energy to response to emerging business needs
