What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Human Resources (Industrial Relations) who will join our team at Refrigerator Product Directorate in Beko Corporate.

  • Manage and monitor all industrial relations processes at the plant in alignment with company policies and local labor legislation,
  • Follow up on grievance management processes and working to ensure timely and effective resolution of employee disputes,
  • Advise managers on labor law practices, disciplinary procedures, and risk mitigation,
  • Monitor legal changes and implementing necessary adjustments in internal policies and procedures,
  • Support workforce planning and labor cost analysis in line with business needs,
  • Coordinate employee engagement and communication initiatives related to workplace climate and industrial peace,
  • Conduct trainings and awareness programs related to labor rights, workplace ethics, and code of conduct,
  • Collaborate closely with HR functions to ensure alignment between employee relations practices and overall human resources strategy.


The position is located in Eskişehir.

 

How do we describe the perfect match?

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations or Human Resources,
  • Preferably experienced in unionized and production environments,
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining processes, and employment regulations,
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relations with labor unions and employees,
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation,
  • Excellent coordination and organization competencies,
  • Has excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • High level of sensitivity to employee concerns and organizational culture,
  • Ability to think strategically and act proactively,
  • Flexible and open to different perspectives,
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
