What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Quality Systems who will work for Quality, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Directorate.

• Managing and leading the establishment, certification, development, audit, and reporting of Management Systems in line with the needs of the organization,
• Managing and reporting of internal/external management system audits and Arçelik Q-Star internal evaluation system,
• Identifying, analyzing and reviewing company business processes and process risks, coordinating their activities, providing expertise support,
• Planning and realizing orientation and awareness training for Total Quality Management, ISO 9001 Quality Management System, Quality 101 (Arçelik quality training program),
• Participating in Koç Group joint studies and projects. Communicating with certification and standard organizations, chambers and associations,
• Taking part in business process improvement projects as a leader/member,
• Providing support for Quality Systems GPO (Global Process Owner) activities,
• Managing QDMS software (documentation, corrective / risk actions).

The position is located in İstanbul, Çayırova.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering departments (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering),
• Having experience in household and similar electrical appliances,
• Having experience in Total Quality Management and Quality Management System Standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 is a plus),
• Having experience in Quality Management System internal auditing (lead auditor ISO 9001, IATF 16949 is a plus),
• Knowledge of other management system standards (ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, ISO 10002, ISO 17025, ISO 27001, ISO 13485),
• Having experience in project management, process and risk management, documentation and corrective action management,
• Having experience in Six Sigma, data analytics, statistical techniques,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related area,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding the needs of the customer & market,
