Lead - Regulations and Compliance, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead- Regulations and Compliance who will join our team at SDA Quality Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable steps for the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HQ Regulations & Compliance, R&D, Quality, Commercial and Legal to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit regulatory submissions, including but not limited to, product registrations, pre-market notifications, and post-market surveillance reports.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to manage regulatory risks.
• Review and approve product labelling, promotional materials, and other relevant documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders to  ensure that regulatory requirements are incorporated into the development process.
• Monitor and track regulatory compliance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of international regulations in relevant markets and guide the organization regarding international expansion plans.

The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Material Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related departments,
• Experience in researching, developing and testing materials,
• Working experience in cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Commercial, R&D or related areas is preferable,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently,
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills,
