What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Electrical Maintenance Engineer who will join our team at Production & Technology directorate.

• Experienced in modernizing and improving equipment performance for continuous improvement.
• Experienced in process capability analysis & statistical control analysis
• Making maintenance plans and procurement of necessary consumables and maintenance components for machinery.
• Experience in maintenance, repair and installation of new and existing machinery as well as safety of the job to be done.
• Has a common sense of sustainability and is capable of carrying out energy efficiency projects;
• Ensures the preventive control of equipment and installations and guarantees the urgent repair of those that do not correspond technically, technologically to the requirements and/or have a low reliability;
• Provides technical documentation for equipment maintenance and repair.
• Available to work on shifts
• Preferably experienced in:
• Data analysis and machine learning,
• Manufacturing execution systems,
• PC programming such as Python, C, Java
• Project management:
• Identifying/improving the most suitable process technology for in-house production and suppliers at new projects.
• Preparation and determination of technical specifications for the projects.
• Following and managing the milestones and KPIs of projects

This position is located in Manisa.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• University degree in Automation, Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering (preferably Master's degree)
• Good knowledge and experience of PLC programming, such as TIA portal, Step 7 and WinCC Flexible
• Industrial communication knowledge (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethercat, Ethernet IP)
• Good knowledge and experience of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Min 3+ years of experience in production processes as a maintenance engineer.
• Familiar with a highly automated working environment
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests.
• Capable of training and supervising young engineers and technicians in automation maintenance
• Preferably experienced with Kuka industrial robots, their programming and maintenance.
• Experienced in non-touch visioning applications on processes and quality control systems
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result-oriented.
• Very good communication and coordination skills.
