What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Marketing Strategy who will join our team at Small Domestic Applicances Directorate.

• Crafting product stories and preparing marketing briefs for selected products,
• Managing  UX product researches and analysing consumer insight to craft product communication strategy
• Leading the brand road map process,
• Preparing B2B product communication materials for the related category,
• Analyzing the competitor marketing strategy,
• Understanding global category trends in order to feed in brand and product communication strategy,
• Working closely with internal stakeholders; Brand Management, regional / local marketing teams and marketing project teams.

The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields,
• Having experience in SDA or FMCG companies and willing to pursue a career in Marketing,
• Having experience in  marketing strategy development, product management or in product marketing field,
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in related area (Internship is not included)
• Understanding and analysing consumer research results,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
