Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree from relevant Engineering departments,
•Holding at least a Class B Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate,
•Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role,
•Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Law, related regulations, Labor Law, and Social Security legislation,
•Actively drives and has no travel restrictions,
•Fluency in written and spoken English,
•Have strong cognitive and critical thinking ability.

Responsibilities

•Conduct periodic inspections of practices and working environments within the scope of occupational health and safety,
•Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to occupational health and safety,
•Monitor the services received from external occupational health and safety service providers (OSGB),
•Track occupational health and safety performance indicators of facilities,
•Inspect subcontractors/contractors in terms of occupational health and safety and provide guidance when necessary,
•Investigate the causes of occupational accidents and diseases and work on preventive measures,
•Prepare monthly evaluation reports documenting occupational health and safety activities and workplace monitoring results,
•Follow global, sectoral, and Koç Group best practices in occupational health and safety and implement relevant improvements and innovative practices within Entek.
