Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field,
At least 5 years of experience in .NET, Java, and various programming languages,
Proficient in technologies such as C#, SQL, .NET Core, React.js, and TypeScript,
Experienced in Web API development,
Knowledgeable about Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Unit Testing,
Experience in software development on Microsoft Azure (Azure Fabric, Data Factory, Power BI, Azure Machine Learning Services),
Skilled in data analytics and data processing workflows,
Preferably knowledgeable about distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-based application architectures,
Preferably experienced with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes,
Fluent in written and spoken English,
Strong cognitive skills and critical thinking ability.

Responsibilities

Manage the technical design and code development processes of software projects,
Monitor progress in the software development lifecycle processes and support efforts to improve quality standards,
Execute design, development, and maintenance processes for applications, architectural structures, and databases to meet business needs,
Create and implement service-oriented architecture solutions,
Provide technical leadership to team members and offer sample solutions when necessary,
Motivate team members, provide mentorship, and guide them in improving code quality,
Communicate effectively and clearly with both internal and external stakeholders,
Adapt to Agile work discipline and contribute to team operations.
