We are seeking an IoT Product Development Unit Manager to lead our product development teams in implementing our next-generation industrial IoT platform, “Platform360”.


About Platform360:

Platform360 is a cutting-edge IoT platform designed for corporate assets, offering real-time monitoring and management to drive business value. By analyzing collected data in big data environments, Platform360 bridges the gap between disparate automation systems, transforming them into a cohesive digital twin that reflects the entire value chain. Its Manufacturing Execution Solution (MES) provides comprehensive infrastructure for IoT-based digital production, encompassing solutions for production, materials, maintenance, quality, energy, and safety management. Integrating seamlessly with ERP and PLM systems, Platform360 enables end-to-end management of factory operations, helping organizations meet their productivity and quality goals.


Role Overview

As the IoT Product Development Unit Manager, you will develop and implement strategies for Platform360, ensuring that it meets global standards while addressing the specific needs of analytics and supply chain communication. You will be responsible for shaping the future of our manufacturing solutions, used by some of the largest corporations in the region across industries such as manufacturing, automotive, and oil & gas.

This role is central to our vision of becoming the largest Industrial IoT platform provider in the country and region, supporting our customers through their Industry 4.0 journey and beyond. You will lead a talented team, inspiring them with a bold, strategic vision that drives both product innovation and value for our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Sets the goals and strategies of the team with a business and technology perspective.

· Builds the team, determines its goals, and evaluates its performance.

· Creates business plans and objectives, and continuously observes performance from an efficiency and effectiveness standpoint.

· Establishes and tracks the project budget and ensures it’s in line with sales and product strategies.

· Determines the competency matrix of the team, plans the development of new competencies, follows up on modern technologies and adapts them to the product.

· Demands that the product serves multiple projects in a parametric and simplistic way. Avoids over-engineering in the product while developing simple and smart solutions for complex engineering problems.

· Contributes to the product strategy based on customer insights and market benchmarks.

· Determines the local and global standards to be followed, ensures compliance with these standards, and provides certification.

Required Qualifications

· Engineering degree from a reputable university.

· 10+ years experience in software development, with 3+ years preferably in leadership roles.

· Ability and experience solving large-scale engineering problems.

· Experience in .Net, Java or full-stack development.

· Understanding of System Architecture and UI/UX Design principles.

· Deep knowledge of product development processes and project management with Agile methods.

· Experience in communicating effectively with managers within the organization and with customers.

· Detail-oriented, predicting problems before they occur and solving them with persistent follow-up.

· Self-motivated and has a leader profile that raises the energy of the team and supports it.

· Effective listening, communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills.

· Fluent in English
