If you fulfil those below;

Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical/Chemical Engineering,
At least 7 years of experience,
Experienced in field team management,
Knowledge about Fluids and Lubricants
Knowledge about maintenance of rotating equipment,
At least Upper Intermediate level in English,
Good command of MS Office programs,
Being resident / able to live in İstanbul or Kocaeli,
Position will be based in Kocaeli.

Coordinating work force,
Coordinating work program,
Coordinating and troubleshoting fluids and lubricants field controls,
Coordinating HS&E activities,
Coordinating and troubleshoting field technical operations,
Coordinating continuous improvement activities (includes reporting),
Coordinating HR related topics on the field,
Coordinating and reporting day to day customers relationships,
Coordinating and reporting day to day internal cross department relationships,
Knowledge about mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance.
