If you fulfil those below;

New graduated, 4th grade undergraduate or master’s degree student in Computer, Electronic, Software, MIS, Mathematics or Industrial Engineering and related departments of universities,
Preferably experience in providing Help Desk support in IT business solutions,
Experience in business and functional requirements analysis, Uat test organization, End-user & consultant interviews and change management,
At least Upper Intermediate level in English,
Preferably good knowledge in Jira ITSM tool,
Ability to work with and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, clients and IT teams,
Skilled in time management with the ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines,
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment,
Result oriented with a customer-oriented approach,
Good Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills,
Able to participate contracted position,
Hybrid working model,
Position will be based in İstanbul Altunizade Head Office.

And if those are what you want to do;

Provide 1st level support to end users on a variety of issues or requests in IT Business Solutions (Such as SAP S4Hana, Commerce & CRM Solutions, Workflow applications, E-Solutions, Software applications etc.),

Analyze, research and resolve IT problems/requests,
Work with internal IT team or third party vendors/consultants for second level support as needed,
Giving support for checking 3rd party consultant efforts and make consensus with vendors,
Track, monitor and document the tickets by ensuring the timely resolution,
Communicate with employees to provide status, feedback, or general information regarding their requests or incidents,
Monitor trends in problems, identify their root causes and find permanent solutions,
Manage ITSM platform and prepare reports,
Provide support for IT projects as needed.
