If you fulfil those below;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher graduation in Mechanical Engineering,
• Advanced level in English
• Preferably at least 10 years of work experience,
• Experienced in Tribology, Engines, Exhaust Systems, Fuel Systems, Transmission Components, General Machinery, General Chemistry, General Materials, Lubricants, Greases, Engine Testing, Laboratory Testing, Additives, Base Oils
• Possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Eager to learn and being a team player,
***Position will be based in İstanbul Altunizade Head Office.
And if those are what you want to do;
• Creating and updating the Fullcheck service portfolio according to market and technology dynamics, developing new services, and effectively managing their introduction and presentation to customers,
• Developing and maintaining technical tools to support Industrial and Automotive Sales,
• Ensuring synergy with relevant departments to support the company's product and service sales objectives,
• Developing short, medium, and long-term strategies for the department,
• Supporting the determination and updating of technical specifications for automotive and industrial products in line with market needs and company goals,
• Effectively managing the Complaint Process to resolve any technical complaints from customers promptly and satisfactorily,
• Participating in meetings with base oil, additive manufacturers, and global partners to track new technologies and ensuring information flow to the team,
• Monitoring global developments and customer activities related to competitor products/services and guiding the team regarding necessary actions,
• Tracking domestic trade fairs and seminars, and providing team support at company-participated events,
• Monitoring OEM projects and conducting necessary field tests to obtain OEM approvals,
• Managing internal and external technical training to effectively promote our products and services,
• Guiding the team in the effective use of programs such as Fullcheck, Fullmatch, Fuchs Oil Chooser, Comparison Tables, and Product Master Files,
• Ensuring the efficient management of the trial process to increase the success rate of product trials,
• Overseeing the preparation and publication of technical documents containing practical information on 'Lubricants and Lubrication Technologies' by the team for relevant stakeholders,
• Managing the team in conducting technical studies and preparing benefit reports for best practice examples of our products,
• Guiding the team in developing areas of expertise and providing necessary resources (know-how transfer, training, etc.),
• Providing the required technical support for strategy projects in which the team is involved.
