So, what responsibilities does the Operational Risk Leader take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?
• Preparing weekly reports (Otokoç Fiat AYR, Weekly RAC – Fleet, Top 50 Customer Analysis, Holding AYR Reporting, Holding Executive Presentation)
• Preparing monthly reports (Otokoç Meeting AYR, Monthly POS - Bank Reports, TYP Collection Breakdown, Collection Day Reports, POS
Financial Expense Distribution, Actual vs. Uninvoiced Maturity Difference Reporting, Licensed POS Usage Report)
• Monitoring all POS-DBS processes under responsibility
• Integrating collection processes into systems and company operations
• Managing and tracking collateral processes
• Managing audit reports and the audit process
• Ensuring projects progress in accordance with defined timelines
• Monitoring, analyzing, and taking necessary actions to improve the performance criteria of owned processes
• Fulfilling and implementing the requirements of the Integrated Management System and responsibilities outlined in all related procedures
What are the Required Qualifications?
• Bachelor's degree from a university
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate Risk and Collection Process Management
• Proficiency in English
• Strong leadership skills and experience in team management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on effective communication
• Strong analytical thinking and system development capabilities
• Basic knowledge of statistics
• Ability to gather, verify, evaluate, and consolidate information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
